If you're looking for someone who will give you a workout you could have made yourself, doesn't ask the right questions, and will charge you hundreds of of dollars a month for doing nothing, I'm not your guy. If you're looking for someone who will make a tailored program based on your needs and goals, will ask the right questions, and will lead you towards a frictionless, healthier lifestyle, l'm the guy for you.

What Is The Human Rebuild Programs & Why Should I Hire You?

This is a tailored program where you and I work hand-in-hand to build a better you with actionable steps that lead you toward a healthier lifestyle.

We start with an in-depth questionnaire about ALL aspects of your health. This allows me to know your goals, areas of concern, and things you want to improve.

Just with the questionnaire alone, you will look inward and realize some things. This is good! This will give you an idea as to what I can do for you.

Once I have your questions, we will schedule a video call so we can meet face-to-face, you get to know who your trainer is, I can get more clarity on your goals and lifestyle, and understand how to make your plan.

At the end, we will schedule another video call. This will be to do your Baseline Health Assessment. The purpose is for me to understand your current fitness level. I'm not looking for you to get high numbers. I'm looking to see your strengths and weaknesses and if there are any ares of concern.

We will schedule one final video call one week later. This is when I will walk you through your program, answer any of your questions, and we will select a date and time to do your weekly check-ins.
